Phil took the time to understand my needs and particular requirements, not just with property selection, but also with settlement terms and access to the property (as I was beginning work in a new town). He took the time to communicate effectively and in a timely manner. Phil worked with me to select appropriate properties and suggested alternatives, taking a significant amount of time to arrange inspections that suited my requirements, travel plans and timelines. Nothing was too much hassle for Phil. He constantly met me outside of office hours to finalise contracts and liaised seamlessly with conveyancers and finance staff, negotiating access agreements so that I was able to move into my property before settlement. Phil suggested activities and groups that I as a new resident to town may be interested in to connect me to other people. Phil takes into account the buyer's needs and connects them with the property that they are looking for. He communicates quickly and goes above and beyond. Many agents didn't call back for 3 months! I would recommend Michael to anyone to sell their property for them. Nothing was to much to ask of Michael and he got us slightly higher than we expected. His customer service was excellent and for the 1st time in all our real estate dealings Michael has been the only Agent to take control and actually do what he said he would.
The main attribute I found with Michael was that he actually worked for us to get us top dollar and with his considerable knowledge of his industry made this a fun easy fuss free experience which is soooo refreshing, he is the true professional with manners and morels to match.
It was the luckiest day of my life when I was driving past an open inspection in my neighbourhood and met Michael.
Right from the first moment of walking onto the property Michael made me comfortable. I suffer from anxiety attacks and have been trying to downsize for 10years but have never been able to get through the process without having severe panic attacks and having to pull out due to the stress. The property Michael had open was a lovely property and I wanted it for myself as it was perfect for my needs.
After the open I invited Michael around to my property to get a market appraisal from him even though I had already had 3 done. Michael suggested we put the property on the market at $399,000 to keep it below 400k and he should be able to sell the 1st weekend of open inspections.
I have to say at this point I doubted him as the other agents appraisals where $320,000, $330,000, $350,000 however Michael seemed to have the confidence and he made me feel comfortable and I trusted him so I thought let’s see and it was exactly as he said and I sold for $396,000 at my first open inspection, WOW.
Michael took control of everything, I am now in my beautiful court yard home loving life again.

Michael was the best agent I have ever dealt with. The fact that the property was sold within 48 hours of going on the market prior to the 1st open inspection meant to me that he advertised the property well and serviced the purchasers making them comfortable. Even though I wanted $600,000 and Michael believed that the sales History showed that $580,000 was market price and Michael himself thought it would be difficult to achieve a higher price but as I was the one paying him he would have a crack for me.
Michael Sold my property for $603,000, it was fantastic and meant a lot of peace of mind for me. I have had friends wanting Michael to act for them as well and Michael has already sold Jennifer’s house at 1st open for well above her expectations.
