Alex Iannelli to boost Stockdale & Leggo’s digital footprint

Melbourne-based real estate network, Stockdale & Leggo, is expanding its digital and online footprint with the help of new marketing and franchise executive, Alex Iannelli.

Ms Iannelli has had a meteoric rise within the ‘Stockies Family’ starting as a sales assistant at Craigieburn in 2020 before quickly moving through the ranks.

She was appointed to her new, head office role in early February after a 12-month stint in London where she successfully and remotely managed the network’s social channels.

That overseas experience convinced her the Stockdale & Leggo network was ready to elevate its brand with a mix of new digital strategy and AI technology.

Ms Iannelli said more and more clients are using an agent’s online presence to gauge their approach before making a decision on which agent to buy or sell with.

“Agents themselves are curious about the digital space and are interested in learning about how they can use it as a marketing tool to connect with their clients,” Ms Iannelli said.

“I’m able to help them on that journey of modernising marketing processes to adapt to a digital world.”

But Ms Iannelli remains grounded and understands it can’t be all one way when it comes to property engagement.

“Moving into a marketing role as an ex-agent, I can look at things from a buyer, seller, agent, or creative perspective, which helps me understand exactly what they are looking for,” she said.

Stockdale & Leggo Chief Executive Officer and Director, Charlotte Pascoe, said that asking Ms Iannelli to step into this new role was an easy decision to make.

“Alex understands the nuances of being an agent, what they need to elevate their market share and, most importantly, how technology can get them to where they want to go faster,” Ms Pascoe said.

“She is an extremely impressive individual and her impact has already been felt across the network.

“We are so excited to have her leading this part of the organisation.”

Looking to the future, Ms Iannelli believes that AI will become an even bigger factor in managing system processes, but people and connection will remain at the core of the industry.
