The Current Group

Stockdale & Leggo have a rich history in real estate, which is embraced by owners Charlotte Pascoe and Ben Thomas and is part of their plan to take the company into the phase of its life.

Both have a deep understanding of and passion for property.

Charlotte is Stockdale & Leggo’s CEO, overseeing all the organisation’s operations and leading its franchises. With more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined Stockdale & Leggo in 2018 as General Manager before quickly elevating to the CEO role in June 2020.

Ben is a proud third-generation real estate professional. All aspects of property are indeed in his blood. With sound real estate and development knowledge, Ben’s focus is supporting our team to get the best results for our clients.

They set the tone, ultimately about getting results and providing our clients with high service and care.

“It’s not about ego for us. On the contrary, we care deeply about the outcome and know this is the biggest decision in most people’s lives,” says Charlotte Pascoe.

Brief History

Stockdale and Leggo have been around for many decades – starting in 1936 with a single Melbourne office. It now reaches across Victoria and into Queensland.

Ian Stockdale & Russell Leggo – the beginnings of two men who built a brand they could never have expected would become such a part of the fabric of the real estate community.
