Stockdale & Leggo has revealed a move of its corporate team into a brand-new main office in the south-east Melbourne suburb of Mount Waverley.
Only a hop, skip and jump away from the local railway station, the office has been remodelled for its new occupants, who believe that the new headquarters will give the agency a productivity boost.
Stockdale & Leggo CEO Charlotte Pascoe noted that with the switch, the corporate team now has “direct access to upgraded amenities and advanced technology infrastructure which will play a pivotal role in creating a more comfortable and efficient work environment for our staff, as well as a more enjoyable and productive client experience”.
For the staff, the new headquarters is home to dedicated training rooms, where ongoing training courses will be delivered to help team members continue to hone and refine their service skills. It also offers purpose-built recreational areas, including a contemporary reception area and innovative meeting spaces, to promote team bonding and improve staff collaboration.
When it comes to clients, Stockdale & Leggo reported that aspiring buyers and sellers will also benefit from the changes.
According to the brand: “The new office is strategically located within a bustling shopping village directly across from a major public transportation hub and main road in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs. “This high visibility means there is huge potential for an increase in walk-in traffic and attracting new clients.”
“We are so excited for this new and improved space, and can’t wait to see the success it brings to the agency,” Ms Pascoe shared.
