Julie and team were absolutely fantastic, COVID hit right when we put the house on the market but the team didn’t stop trying to achieve our sale. Julie was contactable day and night and always provided great feedback of opens and private inspections.

We received an offer well below asking price which we instructed Julie to decline and an offer just shy of asking price which we instructed Julie to accept. Julie however put them in a bidding war revealing the other party’s bids and conditions of purchase, which resulted in a very drawn out settlement.
On more than one occasion people were let into our house without us being notified. I just happened to be there.
Overall we were not very happy with Julie not following clear instructions

Julie worked with us to make our dream home a reality. When certain things didn’t go to plan, Julie was patient and worked through it with the vendors to get it over the line. We were able to arrange access to the property at different times without any hold ups and the lines of communication were exceptional.
I will certainly be going back to Julie for any future property purchases.
