As interstate purchases we found Sam and the team at Stockdale & Leggo very professional to deal with on the purchase of our new home. I was impressed with Sam’s communication and can do attitude. He was a tough negotiator for the Vendor but fair and honest in his dealings with us. We are extremely happy with our new home and have no reservations recommending Stockdale & Leggo. I would certainly engage Sam if I was to ever consider selling.

Sam was amazing! I picked him out of four different agents because he was honest and told me the truth. He was not willing to promise unrealistic results. Sam was upfront and explained the reality of the current market. Sam is an excellent communicator. Nothing was to hard for him to do. He responded to requests promptly. Always calm and encouraging. I was very impressed with how he handled negotiations. Even offered support in an outside tricky situation. Highly recommend him!

Erin was a breathe of fresh air to work with when I was selling my home. Always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much to ask for. She certainly put a nice touch to the decor of the house before the photo shoot. It was a great experience working with Erin.

Erin sold me my house originally and I always thought I’d like to utilise her services when I sold. She works for the vendor but manages to keep the buyer engaged and interested. She was on the money with her estimate and literally held our hands throughout the sale campaign. She took her time with the marketing, lent me her cushions to style and was efficient and knowledgeable. I cannot rate her service high enough. If Erin or Sammy are your sales agent, then you are in the most capable hands.

A bit late with this review but we are so happy we chose Sam,to be our agent.Sam communicated often and was super efficient. Sam was constantly in contact with us and we think he went above and beyond. We wish him well in the future ,highly recommend.

Erin, alongside her partner in real estate crime, Sammy, were a breath of fresh air as soon as they walked into our door. My partner and I both drew great confidence in their intentions, character and motivation for getting us the best price possible, which they managed to do in an unexpectedly short amount of time.
