With her nurturing nature, hands on approach and high level attention to detail, it’s no surprise that Erin has built long term relationships and friendships with her clients.

Erin’s greatest strengths lie in her interactions with people. Her outstanding customer service and the way she deals with clients, ensures they always feel supported and comfortable in her presence. Her ability to negotiate, even in the most delicate of situations, is a testament to her relational abilities.
Erin attributes her key to success to these very qualities and wholeheartedly believes you must “treat people the way you want to be treated”. She provides honesty and respect at all times, understanding the importance and weight that these qualities have on the clients she deals with.
Born and bred on the Bellarine Peninsula and intrinsic in the community, it is no wonder that Erin is often the receiver of repeat business and referrals. Erin has an extensive knowledge of her area and truly adores the slower paced village atmosphere that the Bellarine has to offer.
Working alongside Helen Ryan, their skills sets complement one another and together they make a formidable team.
On the rare occasions when not in the office, Erin enjoys going to the beach and spending quality time with her precious young family.
