Sam demonstrated substantial local market knowledge. He was timely in responding to enquiries and screening potential buyers appropriately. Sam was pretty much always available for contact and has been a skilled, patient and reliable communicator. He was always courteous, helpful and supportive, frequently going above and beyond expectations to get the house sold in a slow market. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend his services.
