I was impressed with Julie and the team at Stockdale & Leggo right from the start. Her knowledge of the market was great. She had tips for how best to market our house for sale.
She kept in constant contact with me, letting me know the outcomes of opens and always answered my call.
The sale of our house was a stressful time and her constant professionalism and support were greatly appreciated as was the quick and seamless sale of our home.

We received an offer well below asking price which we instructed Julie to decline and an offer just shy of asking price which we instructed Julie to accept. Julie however put them in a bidding war revealing the other party’s bids and conditions of purchase, which resulted in a very drawn out settlement.
On more than one occasion people were let into our house without us being notified. I just happened to be there.
Overall we were not very happy with Julie not following clear instructions

Julie has a wealth of knowledge in the bannockburn area. She was able to point me in the right direction with how to set my home up to sell and what would work to get the best result. Julie was always available to have a chat and a laugh during my dealings with her. I highly recommend Julie and the team at Stockdale and Leggo Bannockburn.
