Stephanie Barbanti

The daughter of a real estate agent, Stephanie intuitively understands the real estate world with a depth and maturity beyond her years. Having studied to become a teacher, Stephanie made a life-changing decision to move into real estate and has now celebrated her 10th year with us!
Stephanie wears many hats, including but not limited to; portfolio manager, head of department, head of training, implementation & BDM work. Stephanie’s insight into the programs we use on a daily basis & her knowledge of the property market is developed beyond her years, a reflection of her ambitious nature.
What She Brings
Stephanie is organised, determined and hard working. We are constantly impressed with her level of dedication to her clients and to her colleagues who often rely and lean on her teachings & knowledge. She is the proud winner of the 2013 Property Manager of the Year Award & has since trained 3 other staff members who are award winning as well.

Stephanie is constantly learning and educating herself on how we can continue to improve our systems and procedures for our clients in assisting them in getting to their better place.
