About Neil

Headhunted by Stockdale & Leggo Directors in 1981, after being spotted for his outstanding sales skills in another agency, Neil Butler joined the team shortly after. He utilised his sharp business acumen and industry know-how to quickly establish himself as a top performer. He became the Top Salesperson in the Stockdale & Leggo network for six consecutive years. Recognising the potential within the franchise model, Neil purchased the Stockdale & Leggo Dandenong office in 1987, rapidly turning it into one of the highest-performing offices in the state.

Also an expert auctioneer and sharp negotiator, Neil is the driving force behind 90% of the Dandenong office’s auction clearance rate, enjoying a hands-on role in the widely reputed office. He oversees and is actively involved in, both the Sales and Property Management departments, ensuring that consistently high standards and results are achieved on a daily basis. Neil’s driven and results-focused approach is highly appreciated by his clients, who often demonstrate their delight by referring family and friends.
