As a long-standing fixture of the real estate scene in Warrnambool, Matt Northeast’s name is synonymous with excellence. Having been in the industry for more than 16 years, Matt is experienced in investment, commercial, industrial, sub-divisional land and residential sales throughout Warrnambool and its surrounding district. Charismatic by nature, Matt has a unique way of negotiating, a tactic he has worked hard to develop.

With an extensive social and professional network in the local region, every task is manageable for Matt. He has been known to go well beyond the expectations of his role to deliver excellent results for both his clients and his team.

Matt has been involved in some of Warrnambool’s most significant real estate transactions. He has firmly established himself as an integral part of the real estate profession within the City of Warrnambool.

Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Matt understands the complexities of the property market. Matt takes a hands-on approach when directing his award winning team, lending his expertise and know-how when needed. Not one to rest on his laurels, Matt’s innovative nature and entrepreneurial spirit see him work tirelessly to improve his practices and impart his expectation for excellent service to all his staff.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing tennis, fishing, following football and spending time with his wife Bernadette and sons Nicholas, Edward and Charlie. Matthew is currently the President of the Warrnambool Central Rotary Club, Mentor for Standing Tall Warrnambool, Director of the A.L Lane Foundation.

Matthew’s personal philosophy is that working to create a better community is one of the most important things one can do in a lifetime.
