Her journey with us began as a Property Manager Assistant, where she immersed herself in the world of property management, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to not only support a Property Manager but also to be a vital team member.

Kayla’s work ethic is impeccable; she leaves no stone unturned, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Her boundless enthusiasm and dedication to her role are truly infectious, making her a reliable and dependable member of our team.

Beyond her passion for property management, Kayla has a strong devotion to her beloved Collingwood Magpies. When she’s not meticulously managing properties, you can find her cheering for her team and enjoying the excitement of every match. Kayla also treasures her time spent with her pets, friends, and partner, showing her love for both her professional and personal relationships.

In an exciting development, Kayla has taken on Emily’s portfolio while Emily is on maternity leave. She will be responsible for conducting routine, ingoing, and final inspections, as well as maintaining open and effective communication with her clients throughout the portfolio. Kayla will be supported by her trusted assistant, Abby, who is already familiar with this portfolio, having previously assisted Emily. Their teamwork and dedication to the clients’ needs make for a smooth transition during Emily’s absence.
