Joe’s Role:
Joe is an up and coming real estate agent with a commitment to bringing a sense of hard work and ease to the property buying and selling process. Having begun his role in December 2021, Joe is a new, but integral addition to the team at Northeast Stockdale & Leggo. In his role, Joe works hard to achieve the best price for your property. Joe values getting to know others and helping people through his easy going but dedicated nature, having honed his communication skills throughout his professional life.

What he brings:
Joe’s interest in real estate developed while running his own Warrnambool based business over the past 20 years. He has strong ties to the community, having developed an extensive database of contacts as a tennis professional. By drawing on his coaching skills, Joe is able to confidently coach clients through the buying and selling process. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing tennis, golf, basketball and fishing. His friends consider him the greatest athlete from Afghanistan (perhaps since they can’t name another!) Although, not sure if he agrees with this statement, Joe does know that he enjoys the thrill of competing. He is excited to bring the culmination of his negotiation, dedication, and people skills together at Northeast Stockdale & Leggo.
