About Jim

A local to his very core, Jim Demetrios has lived in the Latrobe Valley for more than 50 years. Jim commenced his illustrious real estate career in 1983. Starting out in Sales, it wasn’t long before Jim, a natural in this people-based industry, quickly rose up the ranks. Jim’s most significant career moments were opening the Stockdale & Leggo office in Morwell in 1999 and the Traralgon office in 2004.

A success from the start, and now with two highly reputable agencies, Jim is very well-regarded by his loyal staff, local community, and industry peers. His extensive experience and firm commitment to his clients’ success have seen him receive numerous prestigious industry awards for both customer care and sales success.

As a fully licensed agent and qualified auctioneer, Jim has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer. Jim is a family man who came from a large family as the eldest of seven boys. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Anna, two adult children working in the real estate business, and three grandchildren. Jim often refers to his father’s saying, “Family is everything, and with a great family foundation, anything and everything is possible”.

An ex Apexian and board member of local and world charities, Jim is a solid member of the community and is always there to lend a hand.
