About Conor

Born and raised in Bendigo Conor’s family has lived in the Greater Bendigo area for 5 generations. Conor joined the finance industry in 2014 and subsequently the real estate industry. Starting out in Melbourne, after completing schooling at Catholic College Bendigo, he came back home to work in 2020. As a finance broker Conor quickly gained an enviable reputation as becoming the “go to person” for both residential & commercial lending by having a thorough understanding of the different banks’ lending criteria and having a complete understanding of the client’s situation which enables him to solve problems and find solutions. Identifying the natural symbiotic relationship between finance and real estate and having family that have worked in various real estate agencies in the Bendigo area for over 20 years, it was decided during Covid to move back to Bendigo and found a home with Stockdale & Leggo.

Now as Principal Director, Conor has a variety of roles in the business, from sales agent, finance broker, property management, right down to managing public relations. Lifelong friendships are built in country Victoria, and most have started out as clients; everyone is treated as we would like to be treated. Conor is also extremely proud of family involvement in the business and this includes staff, which to Stockdale & Leggo Bendigo, are family.

Conor brings a wealth of knowledge to his role, which is emphasised on customer service, reliability, and results. Having a positive, can-do attitude, and extensive proficiency in real estate and finance in his arsenal, Conor is an exceptional asset.
