Nick was most helpful in the sale of my property in Reservoir.

My auction was scheduled then due to the lockdowns was advised against this method and on advice went to private sale. Nick found me a buyer and I was most happy with the price agreed on, so thank you Nick for seeing me through this sale!

Nick was fantastic!!! He went above and beyond to assist with this sale and in some cases, working with the vendor and myself until 11pm several nights to help negotiate a resolution. Due to Covid restrictions, he also rearranged his schedule to allow me to complete an early 8:00am final inspection of the property. I am convinced that without his efforts, this sale would not have occurred and i have no hesitation in recommending Nick to Vendors or Purchasers.

Nick demonstrates market knowledge, great people skills, and a willingness to work hard towards customer satisfaction. He has displayed well honed ethics in our dealings and has been invaluable as I downsize in my senior years. I highly recommend Nick’s services to anyone and everyone.
