Couldn’t be happier with Brady assisting us in selling our house. He was really responsive to any of our (rather naive I’m sure) questions, and it seemed he constantly went out of his way to help us out. Very respectful and had a great mix of the professional and personal – very likeable and knowledgeable. He got a great result for us in a relatively short period of time. Highly recommended!

When we initially met Alan, we felt very comfortable with his approach to the way in which he was going to market our property to obtain the best result. However, we were a bit deflated with the final price achieved given we spent quite a bit of money getting the property ready for market, on Alan’s advise. We would have liked to achieve a better price point, however we are happy that the stress of selling is all over!

Sold in lockdown 6
Wow!!! We never expected the results Jean and her team got for us. They managed to sell my mum’s and dad’s home in the middle of lockdown 6. No open for inspections allowed during this time. The service and advise was beyond excellent. Well done Jean.

Having purchased a new home in 2/2020, we didn’t foresee the implications of COVID19, and the dramatic effects that were to come when we wanted to sell our current home in March. After our 1st open, inspections were banned and the whole environment demeanor changed dramatically for the worst. Despite this, Jean persisted & although alot more time, effort were endured, Fortunately the effort did bring a sale commend Jean for her persistence, excellent communication skills & professionalism.
