Glen is consistently in touch with the market and that knowledge is always “up to date”. He needs to be aware of “where its at” but, Glen is totally in touch, with the market, on a day to day basis & his constant feedback is most valuable to todays vendor. His analysis focus’s on “like for like”, comparisons re land size, location, layout, etc. & features of the residence’s general condition, notable features, quality and presentation and any wow factors etc. A top job!.

Glen was engaged to sell the property on my behalf. In a difficult market he persevered and did not give up. We ultimately achieved the result we sought. During the process Glen provided regular communication to let me know the state of the market and how the sale was tracking. In the end even after the contract was signed he was actively involved in the sale to ensure a smooth settlement occurred. I was extremely happy with him and his service.

Glen was amazing from start to finish helping us to sell our house. The home was tenanted he dealt with the tenants and adapted the sales strategy taking the lease into account. There was some maintenance required on the property (gardens) he got the quotes organised the work and checked the quality. We didn’t do anything! The house went on the market on a Wednesday and sold on Saturday (3 days) for more than we wanted. I couldn’t recommend Glen or the Stockdale Leggo Team in Deer Park anymore!
