I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel when I purchased a property that he had listed in 2015. He was fantastic to deal with, transparent, honest and professional. After not using him on the sale of that property in 2020, and having a very bad experience with another agent, I was certain that if I was to sell again that I would give Daniel the listing. I did that with my townhouse recently and was extremely happy and would highly recommend him in the future.

I’ve worked with Daniel a few times now and will happily do so again. He got us a great price, was always up front and had excellent communication throughout the entire sale process. An great example of a real estate agent!

When we initially met Alan, we felt very comfortable with his approach to the way in which he was going to market our property to obtain the best result. However, we were a bit deflated with the final price achieved given we spent quite a bit of money getting the property ready for market, on Alan’s advise. We would have liked to achieve a better price point, however we are happy that the stress of selling is all over!
