Chris just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you speak with him. Not only is he a gun, but he has a relaxed “down to earth” energy having, I think 20+ years in the industry. He went above and beyond to take care of my tenant for me, constantly keeping her informed and doing whatever he could to help with relocation, should she need to move. He got me the contract price and terms that I wanted in a difficult market. Thank you to Chris and his team.
