Stephen brings with him more than 30 years’ experience across a range of roles and industries. His corporate sector sales and marketing background has honed his ability to anticipate and understand clients’ needs and negotiate optimal outcomes on their behalf.

Working in various senior management roles, Stephen is adept at leading teams, motivating and empowering others to work together to solve problems and achieve strategic goals.

Having established his own national retail procurement business, Stephen is an expert negotiator with exceptional project-management skills.

More recently, Stephen channelled his extensive experience and passion for sales and marketing into a career in real estate. After several years working across Melbourne’s competitive and high-pressure property market, Stephen has extended his expertise to include regional property markets, including the Bass Coast, which he calls home.

Stephen’s addition to the Stockdale & Leggo team continues the brand’s continued expansion.

Away from the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, watching a wide range of sports and walking with his dog, Buddy.
