Maryanne Hargreaves is a real professional and, yet, still has the warmth and charm that make dealing with her an absolute pleasure. She grew up in Reservoir and has worked in the real estate industry for almost 10 years. Coming from a family with real estate in their blood, Maryanne has years of knowledgeable insights and perspectives to offer.

Maryanne enjoys finding suitable tenants to suit landlord’s needs for their investment properties. It gives her much joy to please the landlords and, simultaneously, respect the tenants’ rights. Her main concern is to manage the property and ensure it is maintained throughout the tenancy period. She promptly follows up on any maintenance calls and gives efficient service to all clients.

Maryanne is a hard working mother of three beautiful children. She has owned an investment property, bought and renovated her first home and then later built her own family home. These opportunities have provided Maryanne with firsthand experience in understanding her clients’ needs. Fluent in Greek, Maryanne also has the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people from varying cultural backgrounds.

When not in the office, Maryanne’s passions include reading, sanding and painting old vintage furnishings, eating and drinking with family and friends, food, cooking and taking photos of life’s precious moments!
