About Kevin

With many years of local knowledge developed from being an active member of the local Caloundra community since 1979, there is no one more knowledgeable within the real estate sector than Principal of Stockdale Leggo Caloundra, Kevin Stroud. Kevin, known as “Kev”, has operated many small businesses successfully and uses his acumen and experience to advise his sales team, making himself available for them to ‘bounce’ ideas off when they are looking for ways to increase their customer service. Kev, working closely beside his daughter Kathy, are incredibly proud that their agency is consistently rated as the ‘Number One Queensland Office’ within the Stockdale & Leggo network.

Renowned for his approachability genuine and desire to assist, Kev uses his many years of real estate industry experience and local knowledge to empower his team to consistently provide the best possible service to their clients. Kev attributes his business success to his commitment to his community, his genuine desire to help people achieve their real estate goals and his daughter Kathy, who juggles the full time running of the business with motherhood, working tirelessly to build a customer-focused culture for their employees to ensure they are delivering an unparalleled service to their clients.

In Kev’s down time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and ten grandchildren. Kev is also very active within the community, where he a Provisional Instructor with TS Onslow Naval Cadets and President of the Caloundra Junior Rugby League Club.
