With over 25 years experience in real estate, and being awarded over 10 industry awards including ‘Sunshine Coast REIQ Property Manager of the Year’ in both 2000 and 2003, Julie Campbell is an experienced and dedicated Property Manager, committed to delivering the best outcome for both her tenants and landlords. This she achieves through the management of outstanding leasing campaigns and stringent tenant selection processes. Once tenanted, property investors can be assured that Julie adopts a proactive approach to their property, managing them as though they were her own. As she says, ‘Clients need to feel their property will be managed meticulously; for most people property is their key investment and I’m committed to ensuring that they achieve the best-possible results from their investment.’
