Joel Burden

After completing his Commerce degree at Deakin University in 2008 and realising a keen interest in the property and the value of growing an investment portfolio, Joel took the natural step of entering the real estate industry himself, commencing as a Property Manager in the Geelong region. This role provided Joel with an excellent foundation of real estate including a solid understanding of all aspects of asset management, from which he has built his real estate career since progressing into the role of General Manager, Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale.

Building on his experience gained in previous roles held in a variety of industries including customer service, sales and running his own small business, Joel has quickly demonstrated he has the knowledge and skills required to be an asset to the team. Joel believes that his high attention to detail and organisational skills are key to his success, both of which enable him to juggle multiple and often competing priorities within his role. Joel’s honest communication style paired with his customer centric attitude, makes him a much valued member of the team. Working alongside Daniel Lamanna, Joel will ensure that the Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale team will remain the clear Real Estate leaders on the Bellarine Peninsula.

In Joel’s down time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young boys, tinkering in his shed, and, being a motorcycle enthusiast, takes every opportunity to ride his Harley.
