Rhonda performed an excellent task selling my mom’s house. Rhonda knew her house values, the area (& recent sales), and answered all our questions honestly. In contrast, other agents either under/over quoted the house value significantly. Selling with others would have resulted in substantially less money or alternatively, house unsold for months.
