I bought & sold with Ben in March.
Had multiple meetings w/ various agents had 4 top choices. Ben ticked all req. & was polite without being pushy.
He knows the Rye area (after spending 2 mths searching for a property I also new the market), gave me a fair price range to sell my house in & got me more than expected.
