By chance I parked in front of and went into Stockdale Leggo Rye after a very long and deflated day of house hunting. After explaining my situation and what I wanted nothing was too much trouble and within an hour I was shown 2 homes, one of which I purchased. Although we had some unexpected issues with the sale Kristy was always keeping me in the loop as to the progress with the sale and open for inspections etc.

Very professional and easy to work with
Matilda and her team were professional and easy to communicate with right from the first contact. She is a very friendly lady that has an extensive knowledge of the area seeing as she has lived in the area for a long time herself. The process of getting ready for sale was made easier with Matilda giving advice and tips on how to do it and make the apartment look the best it could for sale. I really liked the updates and details.
