We initially selected Ben as our agent based on the volumes of sales he had made in the area. However, I cannot begin to explain the challenges outside our control that arose through the sale process. Ben was amazing throughout and could easily have walked away but he stuck with us throughout going truly beyond expectations. If you are thinking of selling and are fearing the worst then having Ben as your agent would be the best decision you ever made.

I bought & sold with Ben in March.
Had multiple meetings w/ various agents had 4 top choices. Ben ticked all req. & was polite without being pushy.
He knows the Rye area (after spending 2 mths searching for a property I also new the market), gave me a fair price range to sell my house in & got me more than expected.

The sale of a house is always a testing time but can be made easier through the council and manner in which an agent works with the vendor…we had the good fortune to have Ben in our corner and we think he did an outstanding job for us and I think the purchaser would think that too
