We found Sam to be quite knowledgeable and very open and honest. He was very confident and displayed great professionalism. Upon research of his RE agency office it was quite clear that they knew their community and market very well.
From list on line and across a few platform, they had a lot of enquiries and property was sold within 2 weeks (yeah that’s right) and not to mention well over our asking price. I highly recommend Sam and wish to thank him again.
