Commencing his real estate career in 1988, Michael Alevras is an industrious and dynamic Agent, leveraging his many years of industry experience to produce outstanding results for his clients on a regular basis. In his role as Senior Sales & Marketing Consultant, Michael is responsible for listing properties for sale, marketing them successfully, communicating with vendor and buyers, negotiating with buyers on the vendor's behalf and overseeing younger members of the team, enabling them to learn from his many years of experience. Michael’s greatest achievement has been to consistently sit in the ‘Top 20 Sales Staff’ within the wider Stockdale & Leggo group, which is a significant accolade and also being a part of the high achieving Mount Waverley team who has won the ‘Top Office in the Network’ six years in a row.
What He Brings
Michael thrives on the joy of meeting new and different people through his daily role giving him a great deal of diversity. He particularly appreciates being able to establish long term business and personal relations with the local community and mentoring younger members who are new to the industry. Michael identifies his strengths as his negotiation ability, his communication skills, his ‘hands on’ approach and his passion and enthusiasm. Key to his success has been working in the one area for so many years which has enabled him to build strong ties with his community and an outstanding reputation built on long hours and hard work which has resulted in repeat business and recommendations by clients for achieving great outcomes.
In his spare time Michael enjoys traveling both locally and overseas, reading, catching up with friends and family and relaxing.
