Graeme’s Role

Prior to commencing his career as a real estate agent in 1985, Graeme Yalden
worked within the automotive, heavy transport and construction industries. The
diversity of Graeme’s skills in these areas, have only added to his strengths as the
Principal of the Stockdale & Leggo Moe office.

Graeme is a fully licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer who specialises in the listing and sales of residential, rural & commercial industrial properties. As Principal, Graeme oversees the running of the Moe office, ensuring that all staff and departments are compliant within their roles. It is extremely important to Graeme that his team provides the best customer service and satisfaction possible within the region.

Through Graeme’s commitment and leadership, he has developed a happy and
successful team of employees. His greatest achievement to date is cultivating an
environment within the office where all staff believe in and fully support the culture of
the company.

What He Brings

As a compassionate and empathetic leader, Graeme has a true understanding of the
needs of his clients. When dealing with real estate transactions, he always strives for
the best outcome for all parties involved. The key to his success, in this industry, is
his ongoing commitment to improvement in all areas of the business. This is
something he consistently strives for.

Working mostly 6 days a week, in a profession that he loves, leaves little time for
leisure activities. Graeme does, however, enjoy spending time with his wife Helen,
fishing, camping, bush walking, bike riding, reading and, when time permits, the
occasional game of golf.

Graeme really enjoys helping people achieve their goals & dreams and being given the opportunity to work in a profession that he loves is a real pleasure.
