Richard’s Role
Richard joined Stockdale & Leggo as a teenager in 1991. Combined with his home grown Glenroy credentials, Richard's 29 years of experience leaves him with a thorough and intimate understanding of the local real estate market.
Stockdale & Leggo's commitment to excellence initially attracted Richard to the company. Today, this same commitment ensures that Richard continues to develop the skills he has gained as he seeks to provide the best service possible.
Richard likens the Stockdale & Leggo real estate network to an extended family that stretches throughout Victoria in over 50 locations. “It’s something I feel I am a part of and it’s there to help both agents and clients deliver top quality attention and results”.

Richard attributes his ongoing success to enthusiasm, attention to detail and a focus on the individual need of every client. He more than understands the major financial commitment that is at stake. Therefore, he wholeheartedly believes in the importance of honesty, integrity and an unquestionable work ethic. With these things in mind, it is no wonder that he often receives repeat business from past clients as well as many positive referrals.
