Agent’s estimate of the value of our property was wildly wide of the mark and we received far less than we were led to believe we would. Communication was poor and we only received information if we initiated contact. They received a substantial commission for the sale of the house. You would think there might have been a call or email thanking us for our business but there was none. Could not recommend.
