As interstate purchases we found Sam and the team at Stockdale & Leggo very professional to deal with on the purchase of our new home. I was impressed with Sam’s communication and can do attitude. He was a tough negotiator for the Vendor but fair and honest in his dealings with us. We are extremely happy with our new home and have no reservations recommending Stockdale & Leggo. I would certainly engage Sam if I was to ever consider selling.

Sam was amazing! I picked him out of four different agents because he was honest and told me the truth. He was not willing to promise unrealistic results. Sam was upfront and explained the reality of the current market. Sam is an excellent communicator. Nothing was to hard for him to do. He responded to requests promptly. Always calm and encouraging. I was very impressed with how he handled negotiations. Even offered support in an outside tricky situation. Highly recommend him!
