Meet Mel – Sales Associate, Marketing Support & Friendly Face of the Team

Mel joined the Stockdale & Leggo Mirboo North team in 2025, stepping into real estate following a career change driven by her love of working with people and her interest in property. As her first role in the industry, Mel has embraced the opportunity to learn hands-on in a fast-paced sales environment and has recently completed her Agent’s Representative Course.

With over five years’ experience in customer service and management, Mel brings a warm, approachable nature and a strong work ethic to her role. Highly organised and a quick learner, she supports the sales team across marketing, social media and day-to-day sales assistance, helping ensure every campaign runs smoothly behind the scenes. While much of her role is office-based, Mel is steadily becoming more client-facing as she builds experience and confidence in the industry.

A local through and through, Mel grew up in the area, attended Mirboo North Secondary College, and has long been involved in the local netball community. Her genuine connection to the town and understanding of the local lifestyle make her a natural fit within the team.

Outside of work, Mel is enjoying life as a first home buyer, having recently built her new home and spending time landscaping and settling in. With a strong interest in sport and fitness, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her work – and looks forward to continuing to grow her career in real estate alongside the Stockdale & Leggo Mirboo North team.
