Although we had some unexpected issues with the sale Kristy was always keeping me in the loop as to the progress with the sale and open for inspections etc.

Kristy is phenomenal. I have neurotic tendencies and Kristy is so calm and confident and was able to talk me down from the ledge on a couple of occasions during the process! Kristy went well above and beyond on what her role in the sale was (organising all the stuff I was supposed to do) and then I left the country on the day we went on market. Even this didn’t phase her!! Lost keys? No problem! Jammed door? No problem. You’re in Dubai? No problem!

From the moment I phoned Stockdale & Leggo to settlement we had an exceptional experience. Kristy understood exactly what our goals were and went above and beyond to make sure we achieved it. It was really important that everything would be taken care of remotely, and Kristy took on that task without breaking a sweat. I don’t think anything could have gone better, from the first meet right through to settlement. I have no hestitation referring friends & family to sell with Kristy in the future.
