Josh Dunstan is a true asset to the Stockdale & Leggo team. Having built up a successful career spanning 16 years within the Phillip Island real estate sector and establishing himself as one of the most well respected and accomplished agents in the area, selling in excess of 700 properties over this time. Josh is passionate about the real estate industry and regularly utilises his extensive knowledge of local community values and the benefits of living and investing in this seaside oasis, guiding his clients through what can be one of the largest financial investments they will make, with empathy, compassion and honesty.
As a fully licensed real estate agent, Josh assists clients from the outset by sharing his expertise in delivering an effective marketing campaign which, combined with his outstanding negotiating ability and empathetic approach, enables him to achieve an optimum result for his clients regardless if they are buying or selling.
With an extensive background in agriculture, formerly managing a broad acre cropping property, Josh brings with him a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude. A passion for property drives Josh, but it also enables him to provide his clients with valuable property advice for their investment success. Such experience also provides clients with confidence and comfort through the whole selling and buying process ensuring a rewarding experience for all parties.
Josh believes the island is the perfect place to live and raise his family and to indulge in his pastimes which include kayaking the pristine beaches of Ventnor, spending time with family, travelling and working on his own small building projects.
