Bei is Director/OIEC at Stockdale and Leggo Balwyn. He prides himself on providing outstanding customer service and takes a hands-on approach with his team to ensure each and every client has a first-class experience when looking at buying, selling and investing.

Bei brings outstanding local property market knowledge and experience, having proudly served the Inner East municipalities since 2009. His skills, through numerous sales experiences over the last 13 years, have contributed to his consistent and impressive sales results, and long-lasting client relationships. His honest, personable nature, outstanding customer service, and constant pursuit of excellence integrate profoundly with his negotiation skills.

Bei graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business and prides himself on being highly organised and supremely systematic. He understands that every client’s requirements are different. Bei aims to provide a holistic experience that goes above and beyond every client’s expectations of a real estate service. A talented negotiator who is always positive, approachable, and interested, he turns what may have been a stressful process into an enjoyable and rewarding experience. His ability to speak five different languages, including Chinese, enables him to service clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Away from the office, Bei enjoys spending time with his two children, reading, running, and trying new restaurants. With a passion for travel, his lifetime goal is to visit as many places as possible both here and overseas. He is also a valued member of multiple Chinese associations.
