Bec has been a valued part of the real estate community since 2015. With experience as both a sales agent and a Business Development Manager across sales and rentals, she brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for growth.

She holds a Real Estate Licence, along with a Diploma of Business and Human Resources, and was proudly named the Number One Recommended Agent in Narre Warren from 2017 to 2019. Her career began with a strong foundation, winning Receptionist of the Year across 80 offices.

Over the years, Bec has also provided vital office administration support -managing client communications, streamlining processes, and assisting with compliance and team coordination across multiple offices.
Highly organised and approachable, Bec is known for her reliability, strong follow-up, and commitment to delivering outstanding service. For her, real estate is all about people, relationships, and making a lasting difference.

Outside of work, Bec enjoys time with her daughter, family, and friends. She’s a proud Carlton supporter and lives an active, healthy lifestyle.
