As a Property Manager, Mark is responsible for listing and leasing properties, dealing with landlords and tenants, executing routine inspections, managing property maintenance, as well as handling open for inspections and enquiries. He maintains that communication is paramount in ensuring a satisfactory outcome for all, ensuring that he offers each of his clients an in-depth knowledge of the market as well as high-quality service. His calm and mature demeanour lends itself to dealing with situations in a timely and professional manner, resulting in positive outcomes for all of his clients.
"It's been a passion of mine for some time to work in the Property Management industry, and I grabbed the opportunity to work with Stockdale & Leggo with both hands. If I had to sum up what I believe property management offers our clients and customers, it would be knowledge and service".
What he brings:
Mark has had an incredibly colorful and diverse career. From serving as a marine engineer officer to a research and development engineer to a business owner and sales manager, it goes without saying that Mark brings exceptionally unique experiences to his role with Stockdale & Leggo. In a prior life, his vehicle servicing business had approximately 400 regular clients, so he has had extensive experience listening to customers’ needs and solving their problems. A loyal base of repeat and referral clientele is testament to the level of care and customer service Mark wholeheartedly delivered and continues to deliver to this day.
Outside of work, Mark is a keen home renovator and has dealt with many projects over the last 30 years. He made his home in Gembrook 10 years ago, and has been part of the Hills community for over 14 years.
