Annabelle is a Sales and Marketing Specialist and her role involves offering prospective sellers the opportunity to sell with confidence through a locally owned and operated company. She is responsible for showing prospective purchasers the property for sale, informing them on the property’s benefits and features, carefully responding to any questions they may have, as well ensuring that feedback about the inspection is provided to the seller. Annabelle strives to go the extra mile for all of her clients, so you would be hard pressed to find such friendly, personalised and professional service alongside comprehensive support and backup throughout the entire buying or selling process. She believes that no sale is too demanding and thrives on hard work; always committed to ensuring the best possible outcome with the least amount of stress.

What she brings:
Annabelle’s career in real estate began in 2000 when she started working for a large franchise company on the Gold Coast, Harcourt’s. With over 16 years of industry experience across states from the Gold Coast, to Darwin, Northern Suburbs, Palmerston and even rural areas as far as Batchelor, Annabelle combines real estate knowledge with an honest approach to consistently bring her clients maximum success in their property endeavours. She is a recent addition to the Stockdale & Leggo team, having joined the Darwin office in September 2015, and is keen to make the most of her knowledge of building, certifications, water bores and septic in rural areas. Annabelle endeavours to achieve the best prices for her clients through careful negotiation, clear communication, relationship-building, and the ability to solve problems efficiently and confidently.
When she’s not busy at work, Annabelle loves spending time gardening, playing/watching sport, and delving into the world of politics.
