Mandy’s Role

Mandy Anderson is the very capable and multi skilled Stockdale & Leggo Caloundra Office Manager where she ensures the efficient and smooth running of the office on a daily basis. With 15 years experience as an Office Manager within the real estate industry, Mandy is adept at implementing and managing systems, ensuring all legislation and documentation is completed with precision and problem solving on the fly when an issue arises. In addition to this role, Mandy also doubles as a Sales Administrator, supporting the sales team with administrative assistance, organising marketing for sales and rental properties and trust accounting. Essentially the role Mandy plays within the Stockdale & Leggo Caloundra team is very broad and critical to the seamless running of the office.

What She Brings

Mandy is courteous and professional when dealing with both colleagues and clients alike, often going above and beyond to assist. Considered an absolute asset to the team, Mandy approaches her role with enthusiasm, positivity and a ‘can do’ attitude, firmly believing that any issue can be solved if viewed with the right perspective. Mandy is extremely organised, practical and meticulous, thriving in the busy environment which real estate provides and is more than capable of juggling competing priorities while still ensuring the internal and external stakeholders she interacts with, receive an impeccable level of customer service. She is known within her team as ‘the fixer’ and is often found solving problems for her colleagues or clients.


In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband, watching movies, reading, socialising with friends, eating wonderful food and going away on holidays.
