The Perfect Match

For Kristian and Mimi, choosing Jaime Morris from Stockdale & Leggo was an instinctual decision. “We were watching a short Instagram reel of their work, and both of us had goosebumps,” Mimi revealed. “It just felt right.” Jaime and her team stood out for their fun and relatable energy, qualities that Kristian and Mimi felt were a natural extension of their own personalities.

“We wanted someone who took their work seriously but was also approachable and fun,” Mimi said. “Someone who could connect with potential buyers the way we connected with them.”

Designing a Dream

House 5 was a labour of love, designed with families in mind. Kristian and Mimi carefully curated each room to evoke an emotional connection, creating a space that seamlessly blends the laid-back vibes of a holiday retreat with the comfort and functionality of a forever home.

“Our goal was to create a property where every room told a story,” Kristian shared. “We wanted buyers to feel the same emotional pull we felt while designing it.”

The marketing campaign for House 5 was as vibrant and engaging as its creators. Kristian and Mimi collaborated closely with Jaime to infuse a playful energy into every element of the campaign, from social media content to open house experiences.

“We didn’t just want to sell a house,” Mimi explained. “We wanted to showcase the lifestyle it offers—one full of warmth, connection, and joy.”
