Jim’s Role

Jim joined Stockdale & Leggo as Group Sales, Training and Development Coach. His high-performance sales training assists team members to grow their business, working closely with each agency to optimise their sales methodology, marketing and business processes.

What He Brings

Jim has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and sales management in a broad range of roles and industries, including real estate.

Jim is a highly-skilled presenter and communicator with a key focus on team building, utilising creative training and coaching techniques to implement proven sales strategies and elevate both individual and team performance.

He is also highly regarded for his proven ability to engage with and empower stakeholders across an organisation to develop a positive culture and cohesive strategies that deliver real outcomes and commercial excellence.

Jim’s thought leadership and high-level operational experience in a variety of industries also enables him to anticipate and quickly adapt to rapidly changing internal and external environments, enabling the organisations and teams he works with to be at the forefront of new and emerging trends.

“The highlight for me in this role is watching the growth and improvements both at an individual and team level. I also really enjoy the process of on-boarding new franchisees and sharing in their enthusiasm in winning new listings,” Jim says.

Away from the office Jim enjoys spending time with his family and two adult children, visiting local cafes and restaurants, and cheering on his beloved Collingwood.
