Michelle’s Role

Michelle Sayers hails from a diverse background having worked in a variety of roles including buying, sales, customer support, operations, marketing and public relations which lends itself well to her current role where she is Franchise Support for the Stockdale & Leggo franchisee team. As the cornerstone of the franchisee team, Michelle works tirelessly to ensure the Stockdale & Leggo principals are supported on their paths to business success.

Michelle is extremely organised and proactive in her extremely varied role which includes on-boarding new franchisees, drafting contracts and managing relationships with suppliers. As Personal Assistant to CEO Peter Thomas and the Franchise and Business Development Managers, Michelle’s role extends beyond creating and managing appointments and includes liaising with clients and suppliers, as well as producing documents and reports for the Franchise Support team.

With her finger firmly on the pulse of the real estate industry, Michelle keeps up to date with industry best practice and regulation to ensure she is able to provide the best possible assistance to the group’s franchisees. 

What She Brings

Michelle brings a plethora of skills to our organisation most prominent being team support. Michelle is bright, energetic and has a great understanding of what it takes “to get a job done.” She is a great communicator and is dedicated, which is one of the reasons she excels in her current role with Stockdale & Leggo.

Michelle loves to cook and enjoys spending her weekends entertaining family and friends. Michelle’s true passion is clean eating, firmly believing that a healthy body equals a healthy mind. She loves stand up paddle boarding, swimming, charity fun runs, golf, snow skiing and water skiing.
