To all at Stockdale & Leggo, Wantirna

We would like to send to you all a message of appreciation from us both, to thank Adrian Ferris for all his help in our purchase of our new property at Rylands Place in Wantirna.

Adrian was an absolute pleasure to deal with, his professional, courteous approach and his very helpful manner, made this important decision in our life a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Thank you Adrian for all of your help, we really appreciate it, and we will refer you and Stockdale and Leggo to our family and friends.

Kind Regards

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are writing to express our thanks to one of your consultants, Adrian Ferris.

Our first encounter with Adrian was one Saturday early in November, when we contacted your office to arrange to look at a unit in Wantirna. That particular unit proved to be too small for our needs. However later that evening we contacted Adrian and arranged for him to show us through some other houses you had listed in the Bayswater area on the Sunday. We had given Adrian an idea of what we were looking for.

As a result, one of the houses he showed us on the Sunday, was very much to our liking. We subsequently made an offer, and have purchased this house. We must mention that Adrian worked on his day off to enable us to sign the papers to submit our offer to the then owners.

Adrian’s service did not end with the sale. He has been in touch with us on a number of occasions, to check how the sale of our own house was going, and has assisted us in liasing with the owners. In fact this help is still ongoing, as the previous owners are moving interstate prior to settlement, we are making arrangements to look after the garden etc until settlement day.

We sometimes hear of the ‘not so good’ real estate agents, however in our case, the experience has been a very positive one, and we feel Adrian’s service has been excellent.

Yours faithfully,
Bruce Waugh

Dear Adrian,

Re: 14 Grasmere Court, WANTIRNA 3152

Quick sale + Good price= Great Service.
Quick sale + Good price + Professionalism + Presentation = Exceptional Service!

We wanted to say ‘Thank you’ for the terrific service we received during the sale of the above property.

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

You were courteous, professional & all your team were very well presented.
We were also very impressed with the service we received from your Croydon office through which we bought.

Buying & selling can so often be frustrating and stressful but I can honestly say in this instance you made it all so easy.

We would have no hesitation in recommending you to others following the great experience we have had with your office.

Yours Sincerely
Rich & Janet Weninger
