Just wanted to provide some positive feedback given how well Jon handled the negotiations and sale.
Jon drove the hardest bargain for the vendor
He put in many hours at odd times as well.
He walked the fine line of trying to get the deal done and maximising price in a most professional and even handed honest way.
I could not fault his comments at anytime over the many conversations over the past few weeks and this was a main reason i decided to take the deal when the last minute i was walking away.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jon Myrick to a vendor.
