Dear Archie,

We just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and dedication in the sale of our home.

Your attention to detail & knowledge of the market was remarkable.

You are an absolute proffesional & the wonderful result is as much a testament to your sales prowess as it was the house.

We will gladly recommend you to all that we know who are in the market to sell.

Yours sincerely,

Mark & Cassandra

Attention Mr Mark Brown.

My wife and I thank you and all your staff for the most efficient manner in which you undertook the sale of our family home.

We appreciate the swiftness in which the sale of the property was carried out, and the exceptional result that was achieved.

We would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone requiring the services of a real estate agent.

Thank you all again and the best wishes for your health and prosperity.

We remain yours sincerely

Ron Dyson has just sold our home at 21 Winston St., Glen Waverley in a very difficult climate. He took over the sale when another agent was most unsatisfactory and we thank him for this.

Ron is a very pleasant man who is able to communicate well with his clients. He gave us constant feedback on the people who inspected our house. Every week Ron would give us a concise view of the problems that were needed to be solved in order to make the house more attractive. One example of this was his suggestion of a meeting with a qualified Interior Decorator who gave us invaluable advice on the presentation of the house. There was no cost to us.

We were impressed by Ron’s ability to give a genuine idea of the value of our property as we had been given an unreachable target by the previous agent. Ron kept explaining the market so we were not disillusioned by the falling prices. When a buyer was found, Ron was firm in his belief that the price that was offered was close to market value. He was able to negotiate a higher price which we accepted.

Ron impressed us as a man with the expertise to gain the best results in the sale of Real Estate. He has the integrity necessary for the seller to trust his advice and know that he will work hard to gain the best result.

We wish him well for the future.
Peta  and Owen Murray.
